He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Booker and Ruth M. Booker (Lawrence); and his brother-in-law Joe DePoy. He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Booker (Kane); his children, Chrystal Miller (Chris), Stephanie Kelley (Louis) and Sean Booker (Amanda); his sisters, Judy Collins (Gary), JoEllen DePoy and Janice McQuay; and his grandchildren, Chance Miller, Corlyssa Miller, Kaleb Cook, Courtney Cook, Connor Cook and Bailey Arnold.
