It is with sadness that the passing of Ruth Elizabeth Cole of Wichita, Kansas is shared. Ruth, born on March 29, 1932 in Picher, Oklahoma, passed away on August 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Ruth will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Ruth by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Ruth is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Ruth’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She is survived by: her children, Russ Cole of Westminster, CO, Doug Cole of Temecula, CA, Sharon Russell of Owasso, OK and Greg Cole of Thornton, CO.; and her sister Anna Russell of Collinsville, OK. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
