He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Heier, Keith Heier (Niki) and Erin Bailey; his nieces and nephews, Rebecca, Bellis, Erica (Eric), Shawn, Clayton, Elizabeth, Juliann and Everett; his great-niece Amelia; and his great-nephew Augustin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Ryan's memory to organizations that were dear to him, including Safe Streets Wichita, Inc. and Positive Directions.
