He was predeceased by : his grandfathers, James Higgins (Mary) and Earl Grim (Virginia); his aunt Carol Cassity; and his great-aunt Betty Grim. He is survived by : his parents, Thomas Higgins and Cheryl Higgins; his siblings, Jennifer Montgomery (Shannon James), Jeffery Higgins and Steven Higgins (Erika); his nieces and nephews, Shelby Bohr (Josh), Jamie Schild, Allison Blakney (Archer), Jessica Montgomery, Alaina Higgins, Scotty Montgomery, Nicholas Higgins, James Higgins and Luke Higgins; his great-nephews, Noah Bohr, Lucas Bohr and Aidan Blakney; and his aunts and uncles, James Higgins (Patty), David Grim (Jalean), Kevin Grim (Stacey), Beverly Kohler (Rich), Becky Kinsch (Tommy) and Teresa Roberts (Steven). He is also survived by numerous cousins and second cousins.
