Seng leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Seng’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Seng will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He is survived by: his wife Yin Chong; his daughter Linda Kuoch (Patrick Tran); and his grandchildren, Archer and Zelda.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Affinity All Faiths Mortuary (2850 S Seneca St, Wichita, KS 67217).
