She was predeceased by: her son Douglas Shively. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chanté Bentson (Mark), Megan Galliher (Andrew) and Andrew Shively; her great grandchildren, Chloè, Jonah, Maddox Bentson, Payton Davis, Easton and Remi Galliher; and her daughter-in-law Carol Shively.
