She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Dragoo and Pearl Dragoo. She is survived by: her husband Bob Sterbens; her children, Kara Tidemann (Ryan) and Scott Sterbens (Savannah); her grandchildren, Blake and Claire Tidemann; and her brother John Dragoo (Judy).

A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Downing & Lahey West Mortuary (10515 W Maple St, Wichita, KS 67209). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Bucklin Cemetery.
