He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Bailey and Callie Bailey (Walling); his wife Hattie; his siblings, Vernon, Leonard Bailey and Martha Raney; his son Raymond Bailey; and his grandson Jared Bailey.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nancy Bailey, Marcia Bailey, Brian Bailey, Ruth Shane (Rye) and Brendan Bailey. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the El Paso Cemetery (700 E Kay St, Derby, KS 67037).
