He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Morrison and Louise Morrison (Scritchfield); his father-in-law James Costello; and his grandson John MacArthur Morrison. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his grandchildren, James Morrison (Erin), Linkon, Madeline, Emma, Avery of Junction City, Josh Morrison (Amy), Henry, Charlie of Valley Center and Jared Morrison of Wichita; his siblings, Kathie Stevens (George) of Summer, IA, Mary Bethune (Shannon) of Fremont, IA and Robert Morrison (Anne) of Muscatine, IA; and his mother-in-law Cecelia Costello.
