Steven Scheer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Scheer (Wichita, Kansas), who passed away on July 18, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Steven Scheer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Maurice Scheer. He is survived by: his mother Rita Scheer (Metzen); his brothers, Mark "Marv" Scheer, Alan "Eddie" Scheer (Rachelle) and Rodney "Rowdie" Scheer (Deb); and his siblings' children, Jenna McDonald (Thomas), Jacie Dorsett (John), Ross Scheer (Amy), Dillon Scheer (Meagan), Gage Scheer (Chelsea), Payton Compton (Eric), Trent Scheer (Kara) and Kylee Scheer. He is also survived by six great nephews and five great nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Downing & Lahey West Mortuary (10515 W Maple St, Wichita, KS 67209). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
