He was predeceased by: his father Maurice Scheer. He is survived by: his mother Rita Scheer (Metzen); his brothers, Mark "Marv" Scheer, Alan "Eddie" Scheer (Rachelle) and Rodney "Rowdie" Scheer (Deb); and his nieces and nephews, Jenna McDonald (Thomas), Jacie Dorsett (John), Ross Scheer (Amy), Dillon Scheer (Meagan), Gage Scheer (Chelsea), Payton Compton (Eric), Trent Scheer (Kara) and Kylee Scheer. He is also survived by six great nephews and five great nieces.
