She is survived by: her husband Gregory D. Phillips; her stepchildren, Scott Phillips of Tampa, Florida and Christine Phillips of Seattle, Washington; and her half-siblings, Katie McCluskey of Overland Park, Darla McCullough of Springfield, Missouri, Michael Leftwich and Tom Mathes of Cape Coral, Florida..
