She is survived by: her husband Rusty Urban; her son Adam Urban of Gypsum, CO; and her siblings, Larry Dasenbrock (Lisa) of Marion, KS, Steve Dasenbrock (Kylenn) of Cimarron, KS, Tim Dasenbrock of Nampa, ID, Jolene Durler (Jerome) of Dodge City, KS, Theresa Dasenbrock of Garden City, KS and Brenda McFall of Dodge City, KS. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: Derby Education Foundation for Cooper Elementary School Supplies, 1550 East Walnut Grove Road, Derby, Kansas 67037. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Susan Mae Urban 's name.
