It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa J. Roushkolb in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on July 17, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale M. Mayfield and Helen Mayfield (Margo); and her siblings, Pat and Michelle. She is survived by: her husband Gary Roushkolb; her son John Roushkolb (Brenda); her siblings, Dennis Mayfield (Elisa Patrick) and Jeri Dean Mayfield-Smith (Jack); and her grandchild Jocelyn Roushkolb.
