He is survived by: his wife Tina Mae Fortine; his sons, Adam, Derek (Amber) and Travis; his grandchildren, Lena Kenney (Matthew), Anneabella Fortine, Lillyen Fortine, Ruby Fortine, Molly Shell and Ashlee Fortine; and his sisters, Kimbray Nunnold (Don) and Kathryn Galliart (Mark).
