He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Winter and Pauline Winter; and his brothers, Steven and Ken Winter. He is survived by: his wife Janet Winter; his children, Mistie Burnett (John), Mandy Abernathy (Steve), Charles Winter (Sophie) and Brandon Winter; and his stepchildren, Janelle Adams, Krystal Shields and Mark Adams II (Debra). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Terry's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Wichita Animal Action League.
