He was predeceased by : his son Binh Ho. He is survived by : his wife Thuy Pham; his children, Tuan Pham (Thuan Pham), Kathy Pham (Joey Lynes), Kelly Pham, Dustin Sorensen and Dat Pham (Beverly Pham); his grandchildren, Austin Nguyen, Huy Gia Ho, Tony Pham, Han Gia Ho, Trinity Pham, Trina Pham, Hao Gia Ho, Troy Pham, Amily Lynes and Leila Pham; and his siblings, Em Thi Ho, Dung Van Ho and Ut Thi Ho.

Family kindly requests in lieu of flowers, or any monetary donations will be accepted in honor of Thanh to various Wichita-area Buddhist temples. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thanh's honor to Wichita-area Buddhist temples.
