He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul William and Vernettie Ellen Fisher (Bryan); his wife Ruby Donna Hastings; his daughter Chrissey Scroggins; his granddaughters, Lauren Farris and Nevaeh Plummer; and his siblings, James, Richard, Korles, George, Eugene, Raymond, Ralph, Betty Spence and Bertha Goff.
He is survived by: his child Vernettie of Oklahoma; his former wives, Donna Farris and Betty Fisher; his brother Rickey Fisher (Ruth) of Henley; Shawn Scroggins Sr. of Wichita. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
