He was predeceased by: his father James L. Kirk. He is survived by: his mother Janice Kirk; his wife Melanie A. Kirk; his children, Gage Foster (Hattie), Austin Foster and Zoe Foster; his grandchild Harper Foster; his brother Steve Kirk (Wendy); his nieces, Sydney, Hayden and Avery; and his nephew Logan. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 South Market, Wichita, Kansas 67202. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Thomas "Tom" J. Kirk 's name.
