It is with sadness that the passing of Wanda Mae Nicholas in Wichita, Kansas is shared. Wanda, born on February 15, 1930, passed away on August 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Simmons and Mamie Simmons. She is survived by: her daughter Paula Downing; her son-in-law Barry Downing; her brothers, Dale Simmons and Dean Simmons; and her son Michael D. O'Grady. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Wanda's name at University Congregational Church, 9209 E. 29th St. N., Wichita, KS 67226.
