He was predeceased by: his sister Rebecca Elizabeth; and his father Jack Rine. He is survived by: his mother Mary Marjorie Crabtree; his brothers, Brad Rine (Marilyn) and Grant Rine (Janet); his nieces, Rebekah Rine and Mallory Rine (Shelly Walston); and his pet Rocky.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with St. James Episcopal Church, 3750 E. Douglas Ave., Wichita, KS 67208.
