He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Belle Bell (Royal) and Bill Belle; his siblings, Sherry, Darryl Lavender and Donna Wright; and his niece Kimlin Lavender.
He is survived by : his former life partner Joyce (Moss); his children, Mary LeeAnn Camerrer (Eric), Joshua Allen Bell and Daniel Thomas Bell (Sarah); his stepchildren, Kristie MacMeeken (Ronald), Kimberly Hadley (Rock), Kyle Flickinger and Kevin Flickinger (Sheila-Tasker); his wife Vickie; his siblings, Brent Bell (Gabriella) of New London, PA and Brenda Eck of Wichita, KS.; his nieces and nephews, Jason Lavender, Jerrod Wright, Aisha Wright, Eli Bell, Austin Bell, Trevor Bell and Kendra Eck; his grandchildren, Moriah Camerrer, Kyler Camerrer, Kaleigh Chastain, Michael Bell, Declan Bell, Luca Bell and Lexie Bell; his stepgrandchildren, Brannon, Trenton MacMeeken, Tyler Schuckman (Juliana), Lauren Martinez (Ken), Isabel Richardson (Conner), Hailey, Jaidyn Stiverson, Kentlin Flickinger, Atlas and Penny Flickinger; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Milo Martinez and Wren Richardson.
