It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ida Mae Dlabal (Wilson, Kansas), who passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Vlcek and Josephine Vlcek (Svoboda); her siblings, Dorothy Manzo and James Vlcek; and her daughter-in-law Rosemary Dlabal.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen S. Dlabal Jr. (Carmel) and James Dlabal; and her grandchildren, Corey Dlabal (Jennifer), Darwin Dlabal (Sarah), Melanie Elizondo (Tony), Stephanie Rathbun (Austin), Joshua Dlabal (Brenna), Justine Dlabal, Aaron Dlabal (Hannah) and Ethan Dlabal (Laura).
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Wencelaus Catholic Church (2811 Ave D, Wilson, KS 67490). A rosary will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Ellsworth County Medical Center or Good Samaritan Society – Ellsworth and sent to Plumer-Overlease Funeral Home, PO Box 533, Wilson, KS 67490.
