He is survived by: his mother Vickie Lanter of Wilson, KS; his grandparents, Gerald, Sherrill Steinle of Wilson, KS, Dick and Donna Lanter of Horton, KS; his sisters, Andrea Gallagher (Michael) of Davis, IL, Sarah Lovato (Luis) of Galva, KS and Jenna Lanter (Casey) of Wilson, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Maddux, Macoy, Lindsay, Paige, Brooklynn, Violet, Cricket, Ellie and Vivian.
Caring for pediatric fighters was incredibly impactful to Scotty and therefore, the family has chosen St. Jude Children Center and the Ronald McDonald House as recipients for memorial contributions.
