She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo "Doodle" Doris and Nellie Doris; her brother Jim Doris; and her sons, Darren Schmalzried and Dan Schmalzried.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Schmalzried and Lisa Gamber (Matt); her brother Keith Doris (Shelly); and her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Brittany, Cayla, Shannon, Amanda and Cody. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Andover Cemetery (877 1st Ave, Windom, KS 67491).
