She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell William and Opal Maudie Larson (Sparks); her husband Jack Holt; her nieces, Stephanie Fields and Jamie Fields; and her brother-in-law Stanley Fields.
She is survived by: her sister Monita Fields of Arkansas City; her daughter Dawn Kelley (Mike) of Winfield; her stepsons, John Holt (Candi) of Tonkawa, OK and Brian Holt of Ponca City, OK; and her grandchildren, Carissa Anderson (Tom) of Blue Springs, MO, Savannah Wilson (Jesse) of Branson, MO and Isabella Kelley of Belfast, Ireland. She is also survived by her six great grandsons.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Service (4001 E 9th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established in Marie's name for Family Life Services in Arkansas City. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
