He was predeceased by: his parents, F. L. "Buck" Erwin and Lela Brown Erwin; his brothers, Samie and J. D.; his daughter Terri Meador; and his sons-in-law, Randy Meador and Mark Bishop.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Erwin (April) and Sherri Bishop; his grandchildren, Britney Hurmence (Anthony), Sierra Bishop, Taylor Erwin (Stacey), Meagan Thrash (Cody), Garrett Erwin, Kayleih Johnson (Finnegan), Addison Erwin and Trinity Erwin; and his great grandchildren, Greyson, Ryler, Hannah, Matthew, Maddox and Wyatt.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hawkins Funeral Home (100 S Ewing St, Boyd, TX 76023).
