He is survived by: his wife Janette Birmingham of Winfield; his children, Shelley Teague (Brent), Rob Gray of Greenfield, OK and Cheryl Cook (Nathan) of Winfield; his siblings, Wayne Gray (Janice) of Searcy, AR, Lenora Fugate (Willard) of Colorado Springs, CO, Lola Barnes (Darrel) of Bartlesville, OK, Deloris King (Don) of Mission, TX and Bonnie Spratt (Jack) of Tulsa, OK; his sister-in-law Mary Gray of Bartlesville, OK; and his great grandchildren, Oakleigh Cook, Joshua Ennis, Olive Cook, Aaron Cook and Hannah Ennis.
