It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Cooley of Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Calvin and Arlene Calvin (Case); her husband Ronald M. Cooley; and her brothers, Larry Calvin and Mike Calvin.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Harding (Randy) of Winfield, Charles Cooley (Tami) of Winfield and Joyce Ireton (Mike) of Winfield; her siblings-in-law, Jean Antle of Mulvane and Richard Cooley of Shawnee; and her grandchildren, Bethany Graham (Chris) of Baldwin City, Natalie Tennant of Arkansas City, Melissa McCaslin (Zach) of Winfield, Ashley Chastain (Matt) of Winfield, Garrett Harding (Jandi) of Winfield, Greg Ireton (Brie) of Augusta, Kyle Cooley (Anna) of Winfield, Alicia Clark (Shane) of Fort Campbell, KY and Braden Shelton (Kirstin) of Winfield.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Service (4001 E 9th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Church of the Nazarene (201 E 19th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156).
