He was predeceased by : his father Sula Cherry; and his sister Maxine L. Newman. He is survived by : his son Ricardo Collins Sr.; his stepson Bojack; his grandsons, Ricardo Collins Jr. and Keyon Thompson; his great grandchildren, Kalisha, Jamarion, Martin Collins and Breona Porter Sydne; and his nephew Roy Smith (Mother Burnice Sango-Breedlove). He is also survived by stepchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
