She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell William Brown and Nancy Jo "Jody" (Utt) of Winfield; her former husband Jon Moore; her sons, Rusty Moore (Amber) of Arkansas City and Charles Moore (Kevin) of Mulvane; her sister Jana McDade (Dennis) of Winfield; her grandchildren, Christopher Moore, Emma Moore, Josh Moore, Davyn Moore and Mallory Moore; and her brother Robert G. Odell.
A memorial has been established in Debrah's name for First Baptist Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
