He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur and Katherine Alley (Berger); and his siblings, William Alley, Marion Alley, Mark Alley, Gary Alley, Wilma Austin, Cherley Walters and Ronald Eugene.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn York; his children, Robin Fleck (Brian), Ivan Alley (Nathan Fox) and Heather Allen (Bart); his grandchildren, Dallas Fleck (Anthony Amettis), Layne Fleck, Price Allen and Emmerson Allen; and his sisters, Sondra Drake (Vernon) and Elaine Kohner (Jeff).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Winfield Correctional Facility Spiritual Life Center Fund or to the Shelley Family Funeral Home to defray expenses, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.
