He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marion Tillotson and Fayth Genevieve Tillotson (Foristall). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nadine Means; his children, Dwight Keith (Roxanne) and Carol Galliart (Dave); his grandchildren, Scott Galliart (Kari), Erin Packer (Lynn), Megan Wolf (Brent), Christopher Galliart, Vanessa Tillotson, Michael Tillotson (Pey), Kristin Musgrave (Matthew), John Tillotson (Jenny), Benjamin Tillotson (Beth) and Heidi Chauge (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Makenzie, Kyndal, Kemper, Kira, Evan, Norah Kate, Callum, Leo, Samuel, Rowan, Caleb, Grace, Esther, Evelyn, Josiah, Matthias, Thomas, Anna and Susanna.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Cemetery (702 Amos Becker Rd, Winfield, KS 67156).
Memorial contributions in his name may be made out to Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church and left in the care of the funeral home.
