He is survived by: his parents, William A. Lybarger and Fonda M. Lybarger (Qualls); his wife Sarah Louise Bowman; his daughters, Victoria Butler (Jordan), Emily Werner and Olivia Lybarger; his grandchild Bennie Butler; and his sister Melodie Taylor (Tracy).
