He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sherman and Molly Branscum (Modean); his sister Karon Rosa; and his nephew Bryan Konrad. He is survived by: his children, Cassy Lester (Allen) of Loveland, CO, Tony Branscum (Amanda) of Cheyenne, WY and Jackye Hanika (Jordan) of Kechi; his sisters, Gloria Branscum of Gainesville, FL, Pattie Hoffmann of Troy, MO and Pamala Branscum (Terry Wood) of Winston-Salem, NC; and his grandchildren, Austin, Ali, Alex, Chloe and Waverly.
A memorial has been established in Jack's name for the Winfield Veterinary Clinic. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
