She was predeceased by: her brothers, Benjamin Otto and John Charles. She is survived by: her parents, Lloyd Kootz and Linda Kootz (Kirch); her husband Kurt Grimm; her children, Rebecca and David of Winfield; and her siblings, Sarah (Jason Eades), Russell (Kelli), Virginia (Andrew Soukup), Rev. Dennis (Jamie Kootz), Leann (Brandon Steinert) and Karen (Shae Pelkowski).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church or Trinity Lutheran School. Donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
