He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Simmons and Neva Simmons (Hall); and his brothers, Gary and Max Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Troy Simmons (Morea), Kristin Steen (Greg), Laurie Looper (Mike), Steven Hinds and Kevin Hinds; and his grandchildren, Jake, Colby, Andrea, Christian, Joe, Ryan, Alex, Jeremy, Morgan, Brett and Kimberly. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cowley County Humane Society, contributions may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.
