She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Ely (Wayne) of West Chester, PA and Forrest Medley (Beth) of West Friendship, MD; her grandchildren, Rebecca Ely Wilson (Ethan), Amanda Ely Boening (James), Mackenzie Medley and Alexander Medley; her great grandchild Charlotte Boening; and her grandchildren, Barrett Boening and Dylan Wilson.
A memorial has been established in Maxine's name for the William Medley USD 465 Foundation. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
