He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Beach of Wichita; his family, Amber Flowers (Brian) of Clinton, MS, Travis Beach of Derby and Chad Beach of Derby; his siblings, Dennis Beach (Cindy) of Winfield, David Beach of Winfield, Gayle Rollins of Winfield and Tricia Johnson of Winfield; and his grandchildren, Taj, Aonika, Kamrie, Abigail, Emily, Ilyssa, Anabel, Adrick, Jack, Atlas, Coen and Noah.
A memorial has been established in Phillip's name for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
