He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Foust; his nephew Matthew McLaughlin; his stepson Graham Springer; and his aunt Carol Shields. He is survived by: his mother Carlene Foust (Shields) of Winfield; his wife Tammie Foust of Winfield; his stepfather Dave Smith of Broken Arrow, OK; his siblings, Tony Foust (Connie) of Norman, OK, Debra McLaughlin (Colbert) of Winfield and Brenda Foust Doak (Gary) of Muskogee, OK; his children, Lauren Walters (Ryan) of Broken Arrow, OK and Vanessa Carter of Gary, IN; and his grandchildren, Heaven, Nalayah, Ezra, Judah, Dexter, Zipporah and Grayson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Service (4001 E 9th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Central Baptist Church (904 Wheat Rd, Winfield, KS 67156).
A memorial has been established in Randy's name for the American Cancer Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
