He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Cecil and Thelma Dorrine Biddle (Simmons); his wife Frances I. Jennings; his siblings, Thelma Marie Capps, Robert Biddle and Jack Biddle; his sister-in-law Sue Biddle; and his nephews, Justin and Harold Dean.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Biddle (Jana) of Arkansas City and Kelley Lumbert (Brent) of Winfield; his siblings, Arthur Biddle of Wellington and Kathy Bellis (Mike) of Arkansas City; his grandchildren, Tristan Sengkham (Ricky), Taylor Young (Tyson), Teall Lumbert (Kolton Price), Gage Biddle and Landry Biddle; and his great grandchildren, Ryker Young, Tinley Price, Parker Young and Aria Sengkham. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Service (4001 E 9th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
