He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell E. Shipman and Grace V. Shipman. He is survived by : his children, Michelle Kelly (Benjamin), Heather Clark and Jeffrey Shipman; his sisters, Hollie Shipman and Melanie McGinn; his grandchildren, Sarah Kelly, Nichole Jones (Matt), Larissa Layman, Amy Kelly, Charlie Kelly, Faith Kelly-Shea (Peter), Abigail Baden (Matt), Stephen Clark, Mickey Clark, Nathan Clark and Daniel Clark; his nephew Karson McGinn; and his nieces, Evynn McGinn, Macie McGinn and Camryn McGinn. He is also survived by 8 Great-Grandchildren.
