He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Welch and Elizabeth Welch; his stepmother Judy Welch; and his sister Robin. He is survived by: his siblings, Hap Welch of Rockton, IL, Davi Pollock of Jacksonville, FL, Victoria Huff of St. Peter, MN, Stacy Kerr of Oxford and Matt Welch of Forney, TX.
He moved to the Winfield State Hospital and Training Center in 1978 and to his CCL home, now Capper Foundation in December 1997.
