She is survived by: her daughters, Robyn Bailey (Thane) of Winfield and Denise Mayes (Darrin); her siblings, Carl Burkhead, Linda O'Toole, Lois Sutton, Betty Owen and Wilma Madrid; her grandchildren, Lexie Bailey, Darian Archambeault (Steven), Dawson Mayes and Delaney Mayes; and her great grandchildren, Cali Rose Bailey, Isla Phifer Archambeault and Sophia Reid Archambeault. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials have been established in Vera's name for the Dravet Syndrome Foundation and Central Baptist Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
