He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Johnson and Iva Johnson. He is survived by: his sister Sharon Price; his niece Carrie Steben (Ted); and his nephews, Shane Price (Juliann) and Josh Price (Kristen). He is also survived by three great nephews and two great nieces.
