He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Vogel and Agnes Vogel (Temaat) of Wright; his grandparents, Martin, Adela Vogel, Fred and Katherine Temaat; and his nephew Mathew Hubbell.

He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald (Joan), Wayne (Katie) of Yukon, OK, Elaine Evans (Ron), Alan (Beth), Lois Hubbell (Dan) and Jeanne Ast (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, and great nephews and nieces.

Memorials are suggested to St. Andrew Cemetery Fund, Wright, and Shepherd of the Plains Foundation, Cimarron both in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
