She is survived by : her children, Mike Phillips of Neodesha, KS, Trina Urfer (Brian) of Chanute, KS and Shauna Berntsen (Brandon) of La Harpe, KS; her grandchildren, Danielle, Trinity, Jesse, Bella, Baylee, Isabelle, Hunter, Jaxson and Jaiden; her great grandchild Ensley; her siblings, Vicki Tate and Gerry Goodale of Hope, KS; and her close friend Tina Church of Yates Center. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
