It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ula Eagle of Yates Center, Kansas, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ula Eagle to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Loyal Tannahill and Caroline Rachel Tannahill (Weide); her sisters, Lois Hollingsworth and Shirley Yeager; and her son-in-law Kenneth Fitzpatrick.

She is survived by : her husband Charles; her brother Art Tannahill (Saraphena); her children, Becky Petty (Jon), Rhonda Fitzpatrick, Rachelle Matthews (David) and Kevin Eagle (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Cheri Kirkland, Eric Petty, Jessica Busteed, Jonann Rhee, Heidi Theurer, Casey Fitzpatrick, Anna Cline, Arminda Young, Sam Eagle, Evan Matthews and Reece Matthews.

Memorial contributions can be made to Friends For Life or Cowboy Church Focus Youth.

“Rach, Kevin, Rhonda, Becky and beloved Dad and husband Charles. Along with spouses, grandkids and the entire Eagle extended family. I want to extend my deepest sympathy for the passing of Ula, an angel here on earth and now with her Heavenly Father. Growing up I could always find love and comfort at the Eagle place. Ula always there to provide much needed words of wisdom and aways food and laughter. A second Mama for many of us she was a strong and loving presence. Peace and love, Sherri”
