We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2023, at the age of 84, William Winters of Yates Center, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Winters to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Easley Winters and Mary M. Winters (Hardesty); his stepdaughter Kathy Flory; his sister Kay Mitchell; and his brother-in-law Phil Mitchell.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley; and his children, Windy Curtis (Craig), Tammy Tannehill (Mike), Debra O'Connor (Terry) and Tommy Sinn. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
