He is survived by: his wife Rita Sue Evans Johnson of Aberdeen, KY; his children, Bradley Johnson (Amanda) of Tulsa, OK, Angela House (Timothy) of Aberdeen, KY and Stephanie Johnson of Aberdeen, KY.; his grandchildren, Ocoee Gilbert of Aberdeen, KY, Tatum Johnson of Tulsa, OK., Ireland Johnson of Tulsa, OK. and Ivy Johnson of Tulsa, OK.; his great grandchild Maylinn Ellsworth of Tulsa, OK.; his brother Vessie Johnson (Jonell) of Morgantown, KY; and his sister-in-law Rosa Johnson of Morgantown, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
