He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Keen and Essie Mae Vibbert Hoskins; and his siblings, Ernie Keen, Everett Keen, Donald Keen, Ronnie Keen, Shannon Hoskins, Phoebe Curtis and Robin Chastain.
He is survived by: his children, Bradley Ray Keen (Heather) of Adolphus, KY and Susan Keen (Mark Marsh); his siblings, Brian Keen of Indianapolis, IN, Shawn Bowling of Indianapolis, IN and Destiny Keen of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, William Berry, Austin Keen and Kyle Keen; and his great grandchildren, Carter Keen, Willow Keen and Vivian Bratcher-Keen. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
